THE CHICKEN

We only use chicken from Soanes family poultry farm in the Yorkshire Wolds. It’s Great Taste award winning, grain fed, higher welfare chicken. It is better because of this.

THE BRINE

We sweet tea brine all our chicken. This makes it extra succulent and flavourful and perfectly seasoned throughout.

THE DREDGE

We dredge in FED's own recipe spice mix and open pan fry at the perfect temperature to achieve a crispy batter and a perfectly cooked juicy chicken.

All our sauces are designed and made in house and always will be.

Classics done well. From Sausage Gravy, slaw with bit more, to our utterly addictive heavy seasoned fries, from the bottom of our heart and nothing from the bottom of the fryer.
